Annie Lou Witt, 82, of Wister, OK passed away Monday, September 19, 2011 in Wister, OK. Annie was born July 22, 1929 in Eufaula, OK to Fred & Ruby (Eskridge) Williams. She was a restaurant cook. Annie was preceded in death by her parents; son, Donald Adams; daughter, Betty Adams; husband, Eschol “Hank” Witt; 3 sisters & 1 brother.
Survivors include one son & daughter in law, Darrell J. & Ginger Adams of Wister, OK; 3 Daughters & Sons in law – Carolyn & Robert Gutierrez of Belton, TX, Reah & George Maynor of Wister, OK, Linda & Garry Skinner of Poteau, OK; grandchildren, Kristy & Brad Hill of Howe, OK, Jerrod & Jeannie Adams of Wister, OK, Kevin & Becky Adams of Wister, OK, Brian & Becky Maynor of Choctaw, OK, Chris & Dayla Adams of Wister, OK, Dustin & Heather Adams of Weatherford, TX, Bruce & Leslie Maynor of Wister, OK, Amanda & John Goode of Humble, TX, Robert Gutierrez of Hurst, TX, Bradley Adams of Tahlequah, OK; 14 Great Grandchildren; 2 brothers & sisters in law, Lester & Nancy Williams of Newstrum, KS, Dean & Diane Williams of Heavener, OK; 1 sister & brother in law, Ellen & Thomas Brown of Wister, OK; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 10 am, Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at First Baptist Church in Wister, OK with Rev. Keith Stewart & Rev. Brad Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Ellis Chapel Cemetery, Wister, OK. Pallbearers will be Jerrod Adams, Kevin Adams, Brian Maynor, Chris Adams, Dustin Adams, Bruce Maynor, Robert Gutierrez & Bradley Adams (her grandsons)
The family will be at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives & friends.
