Opal Juanita Molton, 86, of Poteau, OK passed away Wednesday, September 07, 2011 in Poteau. Opal was born June 1, 1925 in Wellington, TX to William H & Nannie Rebecca (Barker) Gibbons. She was a homemaker. Opal was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Molton; sons, W.L. Molton & Archie Molton; 4 sisters & 4 brothers.
Survivors include her daughter Annetta Cortez of Poteau, OK; son, Joe Molton of Shady Point, OK; 8 Grandchildren, Danny Andrews, Niel Andrews, Jeffery Walker, Jody Molton, Dawn Jones, William Molton, Micheal Molton, & Jamie Sample; 24 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Memorial services will b 2 pm, Friday, September 9, 2011 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Rev. David Nolen officiating. Interment in Oakland Cemetery, Poteau. Evans & Miller Funeral Home, Poteau, OK.
