Cora Sue Carrell, 68, of Poteau, OK passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 in Ft. Smith, AR. Cora was born February 4, 1943 in Bokchito, OK to Arthur Ransom & Emma Lorenia (Chester) Carrell. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sister, Dessie Lois Berry of Poteau, OK; 2 daughters & son in law, Twilla Sheeley of Poteau, OK, Michelle & Terry Creech of Poteau, OK; 2 sons, Arthur English & Steaven English of Poteau, OK; 5 grandchildren, Gina Collins of Poteau, Todd & Becky Carrell of Wilburton, OK, Joshua & Hannah Carrell of Red Oak, OK, Dalton English & Donovan English of Poteau, OK; 4 great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Collins, Brooklynn Collins, & Lilliana Jimenez, Haven Carrell; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Graveside services will be held at a later date at Bokchito Cemetery, Bokchito, OK. The family would like to say a special thank you to the Poteau Police Department and the LeFlore County EMS for their efforts in our time of need.
