Jay P. Shelton, 89, of Shady Point, OK passed away December 23, 2012 inPocola, OK. Jay was born March 13, 1923
in Shady Point, OK to Noah & Lula (Winters) Shelton.
He was a veteran of the US
Army. Jay was a brick mason. He was preceded in death by his parents;
stepmother, Ilene Shelton; 3 sisters, Doris Marie Adams, Marvaline Duck, Rosa
Lee Killion; 4 brothers, L.B., Million “Mitt”, Donald, & Jackie Dale
Shelton.
Survivors include Ronald Dean & Doris Shelton of Shady Point, OK;
numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & loved ones; many beloved
friends.
Memorial services will be 1 pm,
Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Rev.
Jeff Little officiating.
