Opal was bornAugust 8, 1912 in Gilmore, OK
to Charles Monroe & Jenny May (Smedley) Harrison. She was a farmer. Opal was preceded in death by her husbands,
David W. Dunivent & O.C. Davis; her parents; brothers, John, Edmond, Dency,
Cecil & Eugene Harrison; sisters, Mary Lettman, Jewel Allen & Lorene
Mabry; daughter, Shirley L. Ethridge; and grandchild, David Ethridge.
Survivors include
her son, Charles H. Dunivent & wife, Sylvia of Biloxi, MS; daughter, Ramona
M. Leary & husband Ernie of Bluffton, SC; son in law, Kenneth Ethridge & wife Shirley Hay of Independence, OK; numerous grand and great grandchildren; other relatives & loved
ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 2
pm, Monday, August 27, 2012 in Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK
with Rev. Jim Cook officiating.
Interment will follow Vaughn Cemetery, Gilmore, OK.
