Jimmie Dean Chestine, 68, of Poteau, OK passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012 in Ft. Smith, AR. Jimmie was born August 26, 1943 in Shady Point, OK. Jimmie was a nurse for some 38 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Christine Wade & brother, Don Chestine.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia of the home; stepdaughters, Debra England of Panama, OK, Kay & Michael Hargrove of Poteau, OK; numerous stepgrandchildren; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 2 pm, Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Oakland Cemetery Pavilion, Poteau, OK with Rev. Jack Covey officiating. Interment will follow
